Pricing

What Stocktimal costs

The price depends on the setup and the functionality you need. After a short conversation we can give you an indication with no obligation, without any data having to be shared first.

Software and implementation

Stocktimal is supplied as an annual subscription: your own environment holding the catalogue, the configured parameters and the full history of every run.

Implementation support is separate from that. You can buy it where you need it, but it is not part of the subscription.

So a proposal shows two amounts separately: the software and, if you want it, the implementation support. The price is not per user; everyone involved in the ordering decision can have access.

Implementation servicesHow Stocktimal works

What sets the price

Implementation differs from customer to customer. One organisation has a clean export, clear product groups and reliable lead times. At another, the relevant information is spread across several systems or sits outside any system at all. That difference mainly drives the implementation cost; the software price varies far less and depends mostly on the size of the catalogue.

What pushes the cost up

  • Stock, purchasing and supplier data spread across different systems.
  • A catalogue structured differently from the way planning actually happens.
  • Lead times that are not measured and so have to be derived from historical data.
  • More support wanted with setup, mapping and calibration.

What brings it down

  • A clean, repeatable export of the data needed.
  • Product groups that already match the way you plan.
  • Someone inside the organisation who owns the process and learns to use Stocktimal.
  • Starting with a defined part of the catalogue rather than everything at once.

Stocktimal is meant for the mid-market: not a year-long implementation programme, but not a self-service tool that runs the same evening without any setup either. After a first conversation it is usually clear quite quickly which approach fits and what order of magnitude the costs are in.

What is not charged separately

There is no price per user. The planner running the weekly cycle, the buyer assessing supplier terms and the manager who wants to see what has been approved should all be able to have access. A per-user price only encourages decisions to drift back outside the system.

Support is included as well, not a separate package. If something goes wrong or a question comes up, it should just be possible to ask without checking the contract first.

Subscription and term

The software subscription runs by the year. The first months are for setting Stocktimal up properly and getting the ordering cycle to land in practice. That period should also make clear that the approach works.

Your data stays yours. Input and output can go via CSV, so it stays accessible and is not locked into a format only Stocktimal can read.

What an implementation involves

Most of the work happens before the first usable run: setting up the catalogue, suppliers and sourcing options properly, analysing the historical data and configuring the parameters that drive the stock decision. After that we guide the first ordering cycles, so the results can be tested in practice and adjusted where needed.

How much support that takes differs from organisation to organisation. We only advise on the parts you genuinely need, rather than offering a full implementation programme as standard.

What implementation covers

A free trial run on your own catalogue

One export is enough: sales history, current stock and open orders. We forecast your demand per SKU and show you what Stocktimal would order on that basis — next to what you actually ordered, with the differences explained. You keep the output, even if nothing comes of it. No integration, no access to your ERP and no implementation project. Just one file.
